The ML500 is a heavy-duty automatic sliding door operator designed for commercial entrances, hospitals, office buildings, retail stores and other high-traffic applications. It combines a 100W motor, intelligent controller, self-monitoring sensor interface and an external ML500 Web selector and adjuster for convenient setup and maintenance.

Product details
Main components include the controller, motor, aluminium track and cover, drive belt, belt connector, pulley, four hangers and door stoppers. The upgraded hangers use an anti-drop design, and the track and cover can be cut on site to suit the project opening.
Intelligent controller and ML500 Web adjuster
The controller provides an integrated 27V battery charger, a replaceable fuse, opening-direction auto-reverse force and the connection for the ML500 Web selector and adjuster.
Available operating modes include two-way automatic operation, exit only, entry only, full open, night lock and manual mode, plus partial opening adjustable from 20% to 80%.
The ML500 Web unit can be used for controller parameter adjustment, access-code setting, production-date display, operating-cycle monitoring, battery-usage information, date reset, travel-distance re-learning, error and warning display and monitored-sensor status display.
100W motor
The standard drive uses a 24V, 100W brush motor rated at approximately 3600 rpm, with a built-in encoder and a noise level below 45 dBA. An original Dunkermotoren motor configuration is available as an option.
Track and cover
The aluminium track and cover measure approximately 175 mm high by 80 mm deep. A rubber strip helps reduce operating noise, while the cover brush keeps dust away from the rail. The standard brush dimension is 30 mm, with 35 mm available as an option.
Typical track lengths are 2.1 m for single-opening doors, 4.2 m and 6.3 m. The track and cover can be cut to suit the project opening.
Optional hanger lock
The optional hanger lock is designed specifically for the ML500 operator. Both fail-safe and fail-secure versions are available, and interior and exterior manual-release accessories can be supplied for manual lock and unlock operation.
Suitable door types
The standard package is configured for framed sliding doors. For frameless glass doors, order the appropriate glass clamps separately.
Standard packing
The standard package contains the track and cover in the selected length, the ML500 controller, a 100W motor, power switch and cable, microwave sensors, a photocell safety sensor, the ML500 Web selector and adjuster, the drive belt, pulley, upgraded anti-drop hangers, door stoppers, belt connectors, and installation screws and fasteners.
Packing configuration can be adjusted according to door type, opening size and project safety requirements. Confirm the final packing list before ordering.
Optional accessories
Electronic options include an EN16005 combined activation and safety sensor, infrared sensor, microwave motion sensor, safety photocell, touchless exit sensor, wireless push button, wireless touchless switch with rolling code, access keypad and battery backup.
Hardware options include an electric lock, glass clamp, floor guide, framed door profile, additional hanger, recessed door handle, PVC sealing strip and aluminium sealing strip.
