SW100 Slim Automatic Swing Door Operator
Compact automatic swing door operator for indoor doors up to 150 kg. The slim 475 mm housing integrates the motor, controller and transformer, with push and pull arm options, AC 100-240V input, direct sensor and electric-lock connection and an optional lithium battery backup.

The SW100 Slim is a compact automatic swing door operator designed for indoor commercial, healthcare and residential entrance applications. Its slim 475 mm housing combines the motor, controller and transformer in one unit, helping installers save space while supporting doors weighing up to 150 kg.

Product components
Main components include side covers, the aluminium operator housing and bottom plate, the drive motor and output shaft, the integrated controller and transformer, AC power-input terminals and low-voltage accessory terminals.
Push arm and pull arm options
The operator can be configured with either a pull arm or a push arm according to the door opening direction and installation position. A pull arm is generally used when the operator is installed on the pull side of the door, while a push arm is used when it is installed on the push side.
Confirm the door handing, inward or outward opening direction, frame depth and available mounting space before selecting the arm.
Slim body, strong drive
The operator body is only 475 mm long, approximately the height of two standard water bottles placed end to end. Its compact structure suits narrow door headers and retrofit projects where mounting space is limited.
Controller and adjustment
The controller and transformer are combined inside the operator housing. Local adjustment controls are provided for closing buffer distance, opening buffer distance, opening speed, closing speed, buffer speed and hold-open time.
The controller also provides terminal connections for activation sensors, safety devices, electric locks and other access-control accessories.
Sensor connection
Inside and outside activation sensors can be connected directly to the controller. The system can be combined with microwave sensors, touchless sensors, safety scanners or other dry-contact access-control devices according to the project requirements.
Optional lithium battery backup
The optional lithium battery can be installed with the battery connection on the left or right side. The backup system supports approximately 14 hours of standby operation after a power failure and up to approximately 800 opening and closing cycles, depending on door load and operating conditions. Power-failure opening or fire-control operating logic is available when configured appropriately.
Battery performance depends on door weight, speed, accessory load, ambient temperature and battery condition.
Electric lock connection
An electric lock can be connected directly to the operator controller without an additional lock power supply, provided the selected lock voltage and current are compatible with the controller output.
For double-leaf swing doors, a combined rail and cover can be supplied. Separate operator installation and synchronised control should be confirmed according to the project layout.
Applications
The SW100 Slim can be used for medical and healthcare doors, framed glass doors, frameless glass doors with suitable clamps, wooden doors, office and commercial entrances, accessible entrances, interior automatic doors and retrofit automation projects.

Available accessories include a microwave activation sensor, touchless sensor switch, push button, access keypad, function remote control, electric lock, glass clamp, door-mounted safety scanner, safety and presence sensors, lithium battery backup, and a push arm or pull arm.
